Beginning of Inspiration

Leaders' Meet is Tata Communications' annual customer engagement event facilitating creativity, discussion, and co-creation among India's distinguished IT leaders. This 3-day event was hosted in Srinagar and saw 24 CIOs truly embrace the theme of 'Stay Inspired'. To promote participation, we created a Newton-inspired apple-shaped desk notepad and sent it as a Direct Mailer invite.

Peace of Mind

Tata Communications launched its 44th global data centre in New Delhi. It was a huge step to help their customers manage mission-critical data and enterprise applications. We invited these customers to celebrate this new launch by saying their business is in safe hands and now they can enjoy much-deserved 'Peace of Mind' with a neck pillow. The launch saw 72 attendees at the event.

Leaders' Meet 2016

Leaders' Meet 2016 was being hosted at the iconic Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur. To invite an exclusive set of customers and generate buzz for this 3-day event among the Indian CIO community, we built on the theme of 'Lead The Next.'  

This theme was spread across all three stages – pre-event, on-ground, and post-event. It was used innovatively to invite customers via DMs and EDMs. We incorporated suggestions for speakers, entertainment acts, keepsakes, etc. keeping in mind the central theme and also devised ways to enhance the experience of every attendee. At the event, a branded social media contest around #LeadTheNext amplified the event on Twitter. 

There was a 28% increase in top management attendance at the event as compared to last year. It led to many deal conversations which at a later date started new partnerships for Tata Communications. Not only did the theme resonate with all CIOs but they also used the same words when talking about Tata Communications among their peer network.
